Postcard from the Danube Delta…

The Danube Delta, Romania, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a sprawling wetland of unparalleled beauty. It is a labyrinth of waterways and reed-fringed lakes that are teeming with diverse wildlife and over 300 species of birds.Traditional fishing villages dot the landscape,  preserving ancient customs and traditions.

Our early morning boat tour immersed us in the tranquility of nature and the vibrant tapestry of life that thrives in this extraordinary place.
