We’re safe…

You may have read about flooding in some areas of Central Europe that we have passed through. This is a quick note to say that we are safe and not near the problem areas. We’ve had some sporadic heavy rain while driving, have seen areas that experienced a small amount of flooding, but nothing on a massive scale.

We’re headed to Cuprija, Serbia from Sofia, Bulgaria today, September 17, and have fair weather and a BBQ at tonight’s stop.

Our guide is keeping us up-to-date on weather and flooding, and we’re not headed toward the problem areas.

Unfortunately, a couple of the places we’ve visited are experiencing flooding now.

The current postcards you have been seeing are about a week behind us – we’re working to catch up.

We like to travel and even spent nine years roaming around North America in a 40 foot motorhome. We're now back in a home in Washington state roaming by car, air, and boat.
