Postcard from Zagreb, Croatia…

Nestled amidst rolling hills in northern Croatia, Zagreb thrums with a unique energy. It is a bustling capital city that boasts a rich tapestry of history, evident in its architecture  old churches  and elegant squares. But beneath the modern facade, a deep Catholic faith simmers. The streets are lined with charming cafes and boutiques.

We are just passing through Croatia now, on our way to the Black Sea. There will be many more days to explore this lovely country as we circle the Balkan peninsula on our return to Frankfurt.

About rkcaton

We like to travel and even spent nine years roaming around North America in a 40 foot motorhome. We're now back in a home in Washington state roaming by car, air, and boat.
